All data entered into the tool—including your active invoice, Saved Clients list, and Recent Invoice History—is saved exclusively on your own device using your web browser's "Local Storage." This allows you to close the tab and return later without losing your work. Clearing your browser cache or clicking the reset/clear buttons on the site will permanently delete this local data.

2. Log Files

Like most standard web servers, Easy Invoice Online makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, and ensure security.
